Can I E-file DS-260 with NEUTRINET?

NEUTRINET integrates with DS-260 online filling and enables attorneys to auto-populate the online application on the Consular website. Please find instructions about how to use DS-260 below.

Tips:

*The Consular website is not stable, so it may take a longer time (usually 30-60 minutes) to go through DS-260 in NEUTRINET, and customers may encounter longer processing times. Also, CEAC may update their online forms without notifying them, and therefore attorneys will need to update the worksheet correspondingly. 

 

*The online filing might take multiple attempts to proceed if the answers in the DS-260 worksheet are not in line with the rules or formats made by the government system.

Please find instructions about how to use DS-260 below:  
Step 1. Please finish, submit, and accept the DS-260 Applicant Worksheet;

Step 2. Once accepted, the button File DS-260 Online get activated and turns blue (the same spot where the Get forms button shows in other cases);

*Note: Make sure the whole worksheet has been filled out completely and properly or the button would stay grey.

Step 3. Click the File DS-260 Online button to start the auto-fill. Once clicked, the button File DS-260 Online will be greyed out and display 'Filing in Progress'; Click to start E-filling.

Step 4. Since the whole process will be done in the background, you do not need to stay on the page;

Step 5. Check back after an hour. If the case is processed successfully, you will find a button called Waiting review where said File DS-260 Online previously;

Step 6. You can click that button, and there is an option to take you back to CEAC;

 

Step 7. Use the active Case Number to log into CEAC;

Step 8. Then, please find the application entry which is completed automatically.

Step 9. Last and most importantly, please click submit after done review e-filling.  

 

*Note：
1. You do not need to sign in or stay on the page of CEAC because our software will handle the process in the background. 
2. To improve the success rate, please ensure that no question is skipped and all sections have been filled out correctly.
3. The actual processing time may vary as it will be affected by multiple factors, including the connection speed, CEAC response time, etc.
