1. If a client is unable to receive the invitation email containing login information, there are several solutions available: Check if the client's email address is correct and valid. If it is not, update the email address in your system and resend the invitation email.
2. If the client's email address is correct, but they still did not receive the invitation email, you can try the following: Our system will automatically BCC client account credentials to the Firm email address you put in the Firm Setting. Check the Firm email address and forward the client's account information to them.
3. If you cannot find the client's account credentials in Firm Email, you can reset the password for them. Follow these steps: Step 1. Visit your portal Step 2. Click on "Forgot Password?" Step 3. Put in the client's email and our system will send a temporary password to the client's inbox Step 4. Let your client log in using the email and the temporary password Step 5. After sign in, they will be prompted to reset the password of their account
