After the client saves and submits, how can they receive feedback from CEAC?

For DS-160 auto-filling and DS-260 auto-filling (BETA), you will be the one to click the Submit button. Your client cannot submit it from their portal.
Step 1. Clients finish, review and submit the applicant worksheet to you
Step 2. You review, revise and click Accept
Step 3. You click the button File DS-160/DS-260
Step 4. Let it run and you do not need to keep the case page open
Step 5. If the auto-fill encountered any problem, the system will send you alerts.
Also, the support team will reach out to you if any revisions are needed.
The program will start transferring the worksheet answers to the CEAC website in the back end. Once finished, you will receive the Application ID via the portal. You can send it to your clients via the Messages.
A quick clarification, we do not submit the application on CEAC on behalf of you. We only submit the information from Neutrinet to CEAC online questionnaire. You or your clients will be the actual person to make the official application submission.
The auto-filling processing time may vary.
On average, DS-160 takes about 30 mins to finish (with no interceptions, revisions or errors)
On average, DS-260 takes about 1 hr to finish (with no interceptions, revisions or errors)
