Step1: Set-up first case for your client; (if your client has an existing case opened, skip to step 2.) A. "+New Case." B. Choose an employment-based petition (e.g., H-1b). Click "New Petitioner?", C. Enter the Company name and email address, as indicated below.
D. Enter the beneficiary's last name, first name, and email address and save the case. Once the case has been opened, the company profile has been created. The next step is to fill out this company profile,
Step 2. Fill out the client profile in 2 ways; Option1: Fill the petitioner worksheet under the Ongoing list, Once you approved the Employer Worksheet submitted. All applicable information will sync to the Company Client Profile. Option2: Fill and save the company client profile item-by-item: No matter which way to choose, you may find the company profile has been full of information and is ready to reuse. Step3: Reuse the existing client profile by choosing from the petitioner drop-down list. After completing the first case, you can select the referring Petitioner from the Drop-down List and open new cases for the same company client. After opened, you may find the employer worksheet has been filled with applicable information, By the way, recurring use of individual profiles would be slightly different. Here, after full-filled the individual profile, please use the same e-mail address that has been used for the opening case, The profile information will apply to the applicable worksheet in the new case.
