As of today, E-file supported forms include I-90, I-130, I-765, N-336, N-400, N-565, N-600K.
WARNING:
Due to the design mechanism of the USCIS system, utilizing the NEUTRINET USCIS E-file service is undertaken at your own risk. Failure to remember the latest Authorization App Key may result in the loss of your USCIS Account. To avoid this, please remember your latest backup code and keep your Authorization App Key up-to-date. |
Integration Page on NEUTRINET:
1. To e-file the case, click the "File USCIS Online" button.
2. Click Integration at the pop-up window.
3. or Drop-down list -> Integration -> USCIS E-File -> Link Account
4. First-time NEUTRINET USCIS e-file users would see the following questions:

Next, please go to the USCIS government website for the following steps!
Initial Setup for first-time USCIS users:(Skip to step 13 for Existing USCIS account Users)
5. Open the https://www.uscis.gov/ click "Create an account"(Registration required as an attorney)
6. Enter valid Email and Email Confirmation
7. You will receive a verification email in your mailbox. Click on the URL in the email to continue creating your USCIS account.
8. After setting your password, select "Use an Authentication App" and click "Submit."
Please CLICK and ONLY click "Submit" once. Additional clicks of "Submit" may result in data confusion and potential risks of losing your account. |
9. Click "enter this text code" to get the App Authentication Manual Entry Key
Please be aware that the Authorization App Key will ONLY appear ONCE. Whereas, once you submit, the KEY will no longer be accessible. Please make sure to RECORD the Authorization App Key accordingly. |
Now, go back to the NEUTRINET tab:
10. On the pop-up window, enter your USCIS account credential, and the App Authentication Manual Entry Key to get a 6-digit Token.
Note: The 6-digit token is time-sensitive. You can check the remaining time for the current token in the blue circle.
11. Go back to your USCIS account tab and enter the 6-digit Token.
Click "Submit" to finalize the E-file integration.

12. Once the integration is complete, you will be directed to the dashboard.
Things to remember now:
- Account Credentials
- One-time Back-Up Code generated by USCIS
- App Authentication Manual Entry Key (Up-to-date)
- Do Not Change the App Authentication Manual Entry Key without contact with Support@ailaw.ai
Now you have done the 1st step of the initial setup for the E-file on the USCIS website, please skip to the NEUTRINET Filing step 21.
Initial Setup for USCIS Existing Users: (Skip to Step20 if you have finished NEUTRINET integration)
Please have your existing USCIS account credentials on hand
13. If you already have a USCIS account but did not use the Authorization app for verification (and thus do not have an Authorization App Key), you need to click on Account -> Profile -> Account Settings.
14. Scroll down to the very end and click “Account Setting”
15. Find Two-Step Verification in the new tab, click "Edit"
16. Choose "Use an Authentication App"

17. Click "enter this text code" to get the App Authentication Manual Entry Key

19. Back to the Tab, at your USCIS account and enter the 6-digit token.
Click "Submit" to finalize the E-file integration.
20. Once the integration is complete, you will be directed to the Edit Account.

Now, it's time to E-file
21. Return to the case you need to E-file and click "File USCIS Online."(To have the "File USCIS Online" button appear, the case must include relevant "USCIS" related forms.)
22. Please choose a form to e-file and resolve any validation errors, if there are any.
23. Choose the Email account that is to be used for E-file, and fill in the Password, then click "Start Now"

Post-Efile: Login to USCIS after E-file
