A Tip to open cases for the families with multiple members.
If the petitioner is the only person with an email address, or if all cases in the family were arranged by a single individual, this tip is for you!
New Case & New Petitioner:
If the Petitioner is a new client and never open a case in our system, nor have an existing profile to re-use, please open case as indicated below:
Points: 1. Create New Petitioner and Beneficiary; 2. Name Petitioner and Beneficiary differently(So data can be stored in seperate profiles); 3. Use exact same email address for Petitioner and Beneficiary (To grant email's accessibility to both roles) |
New Case & Existing Petitioner:
If the petitioner is an existing client who has either previously opened a case in our system or has an existing profile ready to reuse, please proceed to open the case as indicated below:
Points: 1. Choose the existing petitioner profile you wish to reuse; 2. Name the beneficiary different from the petitioner; 3. Copy and paste the petitioner's email address to the beneficiary. (Here, the email MUST be EXACTLY the SAME.) |
A glimpse of the new case opened:
The petitioner's email will have the access to both petitioner and beneficiary's tasks, worklsheets and cases. The Profile and data in beneficiary and petitioner will be stored in seperate profiles.
