A Tip to open employment-related cases when the case was completely managed by HRs without Employee accessibility.
Here are the points for this case:
- HR(s)' email should have access to both the Company and the Beneficiary's Worksheet;
- HR does not have a Profile, but the Company does;
- Beneficiary does not have access to their case;
- Grant accessibility to multiple HRs from Case Opening.
New Case & New Petitioner:
If the Petitioner is a new client and never opened a case in our system, nor have an existing profile to re-use, please open the case as indicated below:
Points: 1. Create a New Petitioner and Beneficiary; 2. Choose Company Petitioner; 3. Enter the main HR's emails in the box; 4. (Optional) Link other HRs' email via Link Account(Click to link accounts) to the Petitioner 5. Use exact same mail email address for Petitioner and Beneficiary (To grant email accessibility to both roles) 6. (same as 4) Link other HRs' email via Link Account(Click to link accounts) to the Beneficiary |

New Case & Existing Petitioner:
If the petitioner is an existing client who has either previously opened a case in our system or has an existing profile ready to reuse, please proceed to open the case as indicated below:
Points: 1. Choose the existing Company profile you wish to reuse; 2. Name the beneficiary different from the petitioner; 3. Copy and paste the petitioner's email address to the beneficiary. (Here, the email MUST be EXACTLY the SAME.) 4. In Beneficiary's “Click to link accounts” and add remaining HR accounts (Here, the account list MUST be EXACTLY the SAME.) |
A glimpse of the new case opened:
All HRs assigned will have access to both the petitioner and beneficiary's tasks, worksheets, and cases. The Profile and data of the beneficiary and petitioner will be stored in separate profiles.
