You can now run reports on a series of client status including I-94 expiration dates, Priority dates, Passport expiration dates, Employment authorization document expiration dates, birth countries etc.
Things to know
Reports are created with client data from worksheets/profiles. Please note filtered report results may need up to 24hrs to get updated.
You changed Adam's Country of birth from India to China and open the report immediately.
The report will show his Country of birth as China.
If you try to filter a list of clients who were born in China, Adam won't be on the list at the moment because the filtered report results may need up to 24hrs to get updated.
How to access immigration status tracking report?
The immigration status tracking report can found in the 'Report' => 'Profiles'.
How to enter/edit the data?
By default, data points are auto synced with client worksheets and profiles.
If certain data points are missing, please click the client name in the 'Profile Name' column and enter data in the corresponding sections.
Most of the expiration dates can be found in the 'Travel Info' section and they are synced with applicable worksheet data.
How to filter report results?
You can click on data points to apply filters.
You can click 'Germany' in the Country of Birth column to get a list of clients who were born in Germany.
How to filter report results by company?
You can generate employee immigration status tracking report from the Company profile page.
Generate a report for company 'ABC Demo'.
Step 1. Go to 'Client Management' => 'Company profiles' => Find the company => 'Details'
Step 2. Go to 'Related Cases' section and click 'Report'.
Step 3. The company employee immigration status tracking report will be created. You can apply filter & sort results as needed.
How to sort report results?
You can click the mini arrow in each column heading to ascend or descend the report results.
How to search report results within a certain time frame?
You can use the 'shortcuts' function to search report results within a certain time frame.
Get a list of clients whose I-94 is going to expire within the next 6 months
How to save filtered reports?
You can save the filtered reports by clicking 'Save the Report'
How to download/export the report?
You can save the report as a CSV file via 'More Actions' => 'Download'
The Download function only saves your current report page.
By default, each page will display 20 lines of client info.
You can change the page display preference at the bottom of each page.
How to copy client email addresses?
You can copy client email addresses to the computer clipboard and paste them into your email Bcc field.
You want to email two clients that their PD becomes current.
Step 1. Sort the report by Priority Dates.
Step 2. Click 'More Actions' => 'Copy Email Address'
Step 3. Select applicable client emails and click 'Copy'.
Step 4. Draft an email and paste client emails in the Bcc field (Ctrl + V for Windows / Command + V for Mac)
