How to set up the integration with Clio?
- Go to "Integration" in the dropdown on the right top and click "Activate" (Only the Admin account can set up the integration).
- Click "Link Clio Account" and you'll be directed to log in to Clio and allow NEUTRINET access to your Clio account. Click "Allow Access".
- Your integration is all set. All your existing profiles, cases, and files for review will be automatically transferred. It may take 10-30 mins for the initial data synchronization depending on the amount of the data. Your future new/updated profiles, cases, and files for review will be automatically updated.
Now we have a two-way integration with Clio !
After you Allow Access like the previous step,
then now it will pop up a new window :
When you click on "Set Default Information", it will lead to the next step :
Here as you can see , we are allowed to select default attorney profile and user :
By clicking on "Confirm", now your account is two-way linked with both Clio and Neutrinet. But there is one thing need to pay attention, if one account has been integrated with Clio, it cannot be integrated with two different accounts in Clio.
