Now you can set up a reminder directly to your client.
Inside of your case, at the reminder session, you'll be able to set reminders for your clients
First, Set the time frame to remind your clients.
Select an expiration date or select a customized date.
At last select the reminder owner (the petitioner, beneficiary, or the attorney)
Don't forget to click save.
