To ensure compliance and data accuracy, you can now require all employees/beneficiaries to confirm their English proficiency before they begin entering information into their worksheets.
How to Enable This Feature
This setting is managed at the firm level. To activate it:
Navigate to Firm Settings.
Select the Advanced tab.
Locate and toggle the option: "Require English comprehension confirmation before filling beneficiary worksheet."
What the Client Sees
Once this feature is enabled:
Restricted Access: Beneficiaries will be blocked from entering any data into their worksheet without language comprehensive Confirmation;
Mandatory Confirmation: A prompt will appear requiring them to confirm they understand English sufficiently to complete the forms.
Unlocking the Worksheet: Data entry fields will only become editable after the user provides this confirmation.
Audit & Tracking
For your firm’s records, every confirmation is automatically logged. You can verify this activity by checking the "Recent Changes" log within each individual case file.
Note: This feature is an "Admin Exclusive" setting. If you do not see these options in your dashboard, please contact your firm administrator.
