Overview
This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to access the form settings and assign participant profiles (such as Beneficiaries and Petitioners) to Form I-751 (Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence) within the NEUTRINET platform.
Depending on your situation, you can either configure this while creating a new case or modify an existing case if a mistake was made during the initial setup.
Scenario 1: Create I-751 Form Properly
When creating a brand-new I-751 case, you will map or create participant profiles within the Basic Information section.
In an I-751 form:
You must explicitly place the "Conditional Resident / Green Card Holder" profile into the Petitioner box.
You must explicitly place the "I-751 petitioner" profile into the Beneficiary box.
⚠️ CRITICAL WARNING ON SYSTEM LOGIC:
If you swap them or try to match the names to the field titles organically, the backend forms will generate completely inverted and corrupted data. Always follow this exact layout shown in the screenshot!
Step-by-Step Instructions:
Click Create New I-751 Case to open the case creation page.
In the Basic Information section, select the appropriate I-751 Gallery or related Customized Case Template.
Carefully map the profiles according to the container rule:
In the Petitioner field, search and select:
conditional resident / green card holder(or create a new profile if it does not exist). In the Beneficiary field, search and select:
i-751 petitioner(or create a new profile if it does not exist).
Review the layout carefully to ensure it matches the reference image, then click Save/Submit to review settings and proceed to case creation.
Scenario 2: Modifying an Existing Case
If the profiles were missed or incorrectly assigned during the initial case creation, follow these steps to update and reassign them within the existing case file.
Step 1: Access the Case Forms
Navigate to the specific case file (e.g., I-751 Remove Conditions on Residence).
Look at the primary action tabs located under the case tracking timeline.
Click on the blue Forms button (located next to USCIS E-Filing and Docs).

Step 2: Open Form Settings
A pop-up window will appear displaying the list of active forms associated with the case (e.g., G-1145, G-28, I-751).
Locate the Form Setting tab at the top of this pop-up window (indicated by the arrow in the interface) and click it.

Step 3: Assign Forms and Profiles
Scroll down to the Forms and Profile assignment section.
Click the blue Add Form(s) button to map your participant profiles (e.g., assigning Jane Doe as the Beneficiary and John Doe as the Petitioner).
Ensure the Assigned counter accurately reflects the total number of participant profiles mapped to the form.
