Guide to Setup Intake Template

Introducing the Intake feature for your clients - it's quick and easy! Tailor your questions to your prospects' needs and preferences.

If you have a potential client and want to gather more information, our intake tool is the perfect solution. Choose from pre-designed templates or create your own from scratch! Customize your questions as needed and send them directly to your prospect.

Once a prospect becomes a client, all the information collected will be securely stored on our platform for future use in forms.

Intake Template Setting

1- On your dashboard click on "Intake" to start.

2- Go to Intake Template

3- Click Create-Individual to begin customizing your template.

4- You may select a gallery template as a reference template, and click next on the right side of the page

5- Now you'll be able to name your intake template. Adding questions by sections.

6- To add Customize questions, please click the section "Additional(Customize)" to select customized questions. 

8- Create a new Intake Question: Under Add a Question, complete the question body and save it to the customized question list.

This is the prospect's

9- Select customized questions and set them as mandatory if necessary. Additionally, you can establish question relations if needed.

10 - Once all the questions are ready to go you can click "Save as new template", and confirm. 

 

 

Create Intake(Questionnaire) with Intake Template

11- Go back to the Intake Dashboard. Click "+ New Intake"

For Existing Client:

12- Assign an existing profile and a template accordingly. Save to generate intake venue.

13- Intake Delivery for Existing Client 1: 'Send' to send a direct SMS message

Intake Delivery for Existing Client 2. Click 'Link'/'Copy Link' to copy the link and send it by email to your client. 

14- Go back to the Intake Dashboard. Click "+ New Intake"

For New Client:

15- Choose the Template to generate a temporary log-in portal:

16- If you open the link you'll see that now the prospect must inform his name, phone number, and email, that way you can forward the same link to as many prospects as you desire. 

17- Now you have several options to share the intake: as a URL, link, or button. You can copy the link to insert it on a specific webpage on your website. Additionally, you can create a button by copying the code and inserting it on your webpage.
