Reminder
Reminders can notify attorneys of the expiration dates of supporting documents and customized matters. Their clients will not be notified in care of encouraging attorneys to do so in person with better customer care.
1. In the Reminder section, attorneys can set reminding dates and expiration dates of different tasks.
- By selecting the reminder owner, attorneys can decide who is able to see the notifications in their team.
- On the top, by clicking the bell icon, attorneys can see the notifications of all tasks approaching the due dates.
2. Set the remind dates for other supporting documents at the bottom
3. At the bottom, attorneys can customize a new reminder and set reminding dates
Notification Center
1. A quick look of Notifications:
Have a quick look at Reminders and Notifications, by clicking the bell icon(item.1), here you may:
- a. Click the arrow on the right to see the details of this item
- b. Delete this item
2. Enter the Notification Center by clicking 'See ALL'(item.2). You may find the notifications list and settings in the Notification Center.
Also, in the Notification Center you may:
- a. Click the arrow on the right to see the details of this item
- b. Delete this item
3. Notification settings:
Click 'Settings' on the top right (item.4), you can set the preferences of your email notifications.
Types of Notifications:
- Reminders: Any reminders that are approaching deadlines
- Messages: New messages received
- Task Updates: Any changes in assigned tasks
- USCIS Updates: USCIS receipt status updates
- Worksheet Updates: Worksheet submissions/edits
Notification preferences:
-
No email notification (Default):
a. Real time on-site notifications of all updatesb. No additional email notifications -
Daily Summary:
a. Real time on-site notifications of all updatesb. NEUTRINET will email you a daily summary containing all updates of applicable categories once a day at 8 pm EST/5 pm PST -
Immediate email notification:
a. Real time on-site notifications of all updatesb. NEUTRINET will email you real time notifications
*The default setting is 'No email notification'
4. Notifications will turn white after reading, and unread notifications stay blue.
All unsolved notifications will be automatically removed from the notification center.
