🔥Welcome to Neutrinet ! Follow these 4 simple steps to get started :
📠Firm Setting
If you already have your account and don't know where to start, you're in the right place.
First of all, go to the drop-down menu on the top right.
Go to "Firm Setting"
Here you can complete all the information from your law firm and save it.
👜Set Up Your Account
Second step, let's go to "Account Setting".
Here we encourage you to change all the notifications to "Immediate email notification", that way you won't miss a single update on your case.
👥Team Management
Now, let's go to "Team Management"
In this section you'll have the "Team Account" and "Team Profile". You need to create at least one attorney profile on team profiles to use that information when you create a new case. They will be assigned as a preparer and all the information provided here will auto-populate the forms.
Complete the questionnaire and Save for record.
After creating the attorney profile, now you can create the accounts. Here you'll provide access to all your staff, and they will have their own login information.
Please select the account type. You have 3 options: Admin, Attorney/Staff or contractor.If you choose admin you can set someone to have full privileges if you want. If you select Attorney/Staff you'll create accounts for your paralegals or attorneys, they will have access to all the cases. If you choose contractor this account will only have access to the cases that you assign them to have access.
Select the account type, inform the account name and email, click the X below, and save.
Now we'll send an email inviting this account to get access to NEUTRINET. be sure to let them know to change the temporary password in 48h.
💡Create A New Case
Now you're all set and can start creating a new case right away!
Click on "Cases" and "New Case"
Now you need to select you case template. You can search by the name or by the form number. Right below the case template field you can click to check forms and you'll see all the forms and tasks bundled within the case.
Choose the preparer, the attorney profile that you just created.
Choose a petitioner (note that the petitioner is not a required field, and in some cases like an adjustment of status, you don't need to have a petitioner so you don't need to add one).
And at last, choose the beneficiary.
Please note that you can select existing profiles on the database if you click the empty field or you can create a nre petitioner and beneficiary if it's a new client.
You can share the case with your client or you can do that later inside of the case.
If you need to create a new profile, just click "New Petitioner"or "New Beneficiary" inform the name and email (don't forget to inform the email), and click save.
After clicking save you just created your first case on NEUTRINET, congratulations!
