Introducing Our Floating Message Center
The Floating Message Center is an all-in-one tool that consolidates all conversations between attorneys and clients within the attorney’s assigned cases.
This feature streamlines the attorney's experience by centralizing client communications, making it easier to stay organized and respond efficiently.
Floating Message Center is closed by default. Please follow the instructions below to activate it:
- Go to Firm Setting.
- Select Advanced.
- Enable Show Message Box in the bottom-right corner of the page.
- Refresh the page to apply the settings.
Once activated, the Floating Message Center will appear for seamless access to messages.
