1. Invite Client Account(E-mail) for case accessibility
Sometimes you create a case but your client was not invited or can't see the tasks.
Every time you create a new case on NEUTRINET you must add not only the first name but the email of the client.
If you're facing this problem you need to check two things:
1- If the tasks have been shared a name should appear under "Share With". If they are in blank as the image below this is why your client is not seeing the tasks.
2- If you go to the bottom left of your case and the Accessible accounts is empty you'll need to click on the + button to add one or more accounts to have access to the case.
You can add an account from the system or create a new one if it's a new client.
After adding the client you can click to send a temporary password
2. Smartworksheet Assignment
Now you need to assign this account to the tasks. You can do it by clicking the edit button on the worksheet
Now select the profile to the task
3. Bulk Assign Tasks
To assign the tasks to the account you can go to "Task Assignment" and bulk assign the tasks to the related accounts.
Click on "Bulk Assignments"
Now select the tasks you want to assign. You can select all or specific tasks and then click 'Bulk Assign".
Now select the account and click "Ok"
Back to the case you'll see that the tasks were assigned to Sarah.
