My Client cannot use computer, How can I print a PDF version of DS-260

You can fill in the known information such as nationality, birth date, and name, then skip through all pages until the Review page.

 

On the Review page, right-click and select Print. This view is very similar to the full questionnaire.
 

In the pop-up window, choose Save as PDF and save it locally.
 

 

This will generate a PDF version of the questionnaire that you can provide to your client.
