To prevent issues arising from clients or staff not receiving their original NEUTRINET login credentials when accounts are created, we highly recommend setting up a BCC email address. This ensures a copy of all automatic messages is retained. Please set this up as soon as possible.
Instructions:
- Go to Firm Setting
- Navigate to Firm Basic
- Check the box for Receive BCC Email Notification
- Click Save to apply the changes
After saving the changes, the system will automatically send a copy of all account opening messages for clients and staff to the firm’s email address.
