There are some fundamental differences between a client account and a client profile.
Client Profile:
The client profile is where you save all the information related to your client, which will be the same as the worksheet when you open a case. The profile is a two-way, instantly synchronized data storage. You can review, edit, link accounts, and add notes to the client profiles.
When opening a case,
To reuse the data from an existing profile, please choose from the existing client list.
If an email address is entered within a profile, they will be linked together automatically.
Here you can manage all the information related to your client that will be used on the forms.
Client Account
The client account manages client credentials for NEUTRINET platform access ONLY.
Here, you can manage various aspects, such as the email your client uses to access the platform. Additionally, you have the option to deactivate profiles that are not in use.
Note: All changes in the account will not affect the worksheets but only the case invitation or task accessibility.
