|Allow me to introduce how to customize the template task list in addition to the default task list on NEUTRINET DACA. Considering separating the DACA renewal case template and DACA initial case template, you may use the function "Copy task list from a previous case."
To apply the DACA renewal template to the new DACA case, here are 2 steps:
1. Set up a Task list template case;
2. Apply the Task list from the template when opening a new case.
Step1: Create a Template DACA Renewal case and set up the Task List as indicated.
A. Open a new case as usual and name the applicant as something like "DACA renewal template
If you don't have an existing DACA Renewal case, you can use the default task.
If you already have an existing DACA Renewal case, you can choose "Copy from the previous case" to apply its task list.."
B. Once opened, go to the "DACA renewal template" case for the Task List setting.
C. Use task management to set up the Task List of DACA Renewal template case as indicated below.
Now we have finished the template case set-up. We may apply the template DACA renewal case's task list in case opening.
Step2: Copy the task list from Template to the new case.
When opening a new case, select Template case from the drop-down list in the Task List section.
Once saved, you may find the new DACA Renewal case has imported the Task list the same as the template.
