Enable Email Notifications in NEUTRINET (For Clients)
By default, clients do not receive email notifications from NEUTRINET.
To enable email notifications for case-related matters such as:
Case updates
Status tracking
Messages and reminders
Other system alerts
📧 Please forward this User Guide to your client so they can configure their email notification settings.
Notification Center
Access Notification Settings
Method 1:
Dropdown list -> Account Setting -> Notification Setting
Method 2:
Click the “Settings” icon at the top-right corner of the Notification Center (item 3).
This will open the Notification Preferences page.
📬 Notification Types Available
Reminders – For deadlines and upcoming due dates
Messages – When new messages are received
Task Updates – For any changes to assigned tasks
USCIS Updates – When there are status updates from USCIS
Worksheet Updates – For worksheet submissions and edits
