Case template types
There are two types of case templates: Gallery templates and Custom templates.
Gallery templates are pre-defined bundles provided by the NEUTRINET system.
Custom templates are tailored to your specific requirements, including customized task lists.
For example, if you modify the default task list for the 'Employment Authorization Documents' case, you will see two versions of the 'Employment Authorization Documents' case template: one from the Gallery and another from the Custom templates.
Case template labels
Example:
If you opened a case with the ‘Family-based Green Card I-130 (Smart Worksheet)’ case template, you will be able to add additional forms like I-485, I-765, I-864, and corresponding worksheets into this case.
