We’ve introduced a new feature that allows you to control form updates at the case level. This ensures your workflow isn't interrupted by unexpected changes.
How it Works
Access Settings: Open your case and click the Form Button to view available versions.
Version Consistency: By default, your current form version will stay the same to maintain data integrity.
Update Notifications: When a new version is released, a warning pop-up will appear.
Applying Updates: You can select "Auto-apply form updates" to sync immediately, or dismiss the notification to continue using your current version and update later.
