You can find the AI Assistant in the bottom-left message box.
If it's not visible, please follow your firm’s activation instructions to enable it.
Step 1 -> Firm Setting -> Advanced -> Activate: Attorney Portal-> Activate: click "Chat with AI based on a QA library.
Step 2: Refresh the page and find the floating chatbox at the right end corner.
Step 3: Start a new chat -> click "Ask your AI assistant" to activate new conversation
Just like any universal AI chat service, all previous conversations will be saved and accessible at any time. So feel free to close the window and come back later—your chat history will still be here!
